GSRCNY actively seeks volunteers willing to help fundraise and "get the word out" about our cause. We also need experienced foster homes.  Can you answer "yes" to any of the following?  If so, email us a note by going to our contact page!  Thank you to our supporters!  Without your help, we could not do what we do!!

• Become a guard dog and sponsor one of our dogs!
• Can you foster a dog?  If so, please fill out an application (we use the same application for foster and adoption).
• Can you donate food, treats, toys, beds, and other supplies?
• Remember us in your Will.  Let your love for animals live on after you are gone.
• Spay and neuter your existing pets and educate others about doing the same.  This will reduce the number of dogs needing rescue.
• Teach children to respect and care for animals, better yet, at their next birthday party have each child bring a dog item that can be donated to rescue.
• Are you good with people? We always need help answering phone calls, checking references, and responding to emails?
• Are you computer literate? Would you like to help with layout and preparation of flyers, fundraising activities, etc. to get the word out?
• Are you crafty? Maybe you are an artist or good at making things that we can sell at a fundraising event?
• Can you bake doggie cookies or make other dog stuff?
• Can you participate in an event and help setup, educate the public, sell raffle tickets, or sell other donated items?

We also understand that busy schedules don't always allow for direct participation. Donations are always appreciated and they are fully tax deductible.  Donations may be mailed to:
